With concern to buying a mattress and visiting our showroom:
Visiting our showroom for the time being will be by appointment only. During your appointment social distancing practices will be in place. To schedule a visit, please call 514-643-1585.
We encourage you to shop online and by telephone. We will respond to all of your mattress questions (and we’ll ask you some questions as well.) We will then recommend a mattress we think best suits you. If, after receiving your mattress you are not completely satisfied, (ie. if you find it too hard or too soft) we will exchange your mattress with one modified just for you (we’ll make it harder or softer. It’s easy for us to modify a mattress because we manufacture it for you-made to measure. We only ask that you sleep on your new mattress for 2 weeks in order to give your body time to adjust to a new mattress.)
A percentage of all sales made by telephone will be donated to a charity connected with Covid-19. (Charity to be determined. You will be advised by email.) We’re doing this to encourage everybody to do their part be staying at home, whenever possible.
With concern to our employees:
Hand washing must be done frequently. There is an alcohol based, hand sanitizer at every work station, as well as in our delivery truck. Our factory, warehouse, and showroom will be cleaned with greater frequency.
With concern to our deliveries:
Our drivers have been ordered to maintain a distance, and practice social distancing. (We ask that you do the same.) They will install and place your mattress and take all packaging materials with them.
We are able to maintain strict control of our deliveries because we have our own truck and delivery personnel. We do not use third party delivery services.
We are doing everything we can to help stop the spread of this virus. Rest assured we are taking this very seriously. We hope to maintain the same level of service and production you are accustomed to having with Matelas Princesse during this time.
