Return Policy
- This comfort guarantee is valid for 100 days and allows the consumer only ONE exchange of their mattress for a different model of equivalent or greater monetary value. If a mattress in exchange is more expensive, the difference must be paid upon selection of the mattress. No refunds will be issued.
- In the case of an exchange, the consumer must return the mattress in a clean and undamaged condition. If the mattress is soiled or damaged, if you have or have recently had a bed bug infestation, or if it smells of cannabis or cigarettes, the comfort guarantee is automatically voided.
- If the purchased mattress has a zipper, the comfort guarantee applies to the foam layers accessible to the customer (and not the entire mattress), as this section is sufficient to adjust the comfort to the customer's liking. The foam layers accessible in the zippered section of the mattress can be changed by the customer within the 100-day period. All replacement foam layers must be clean and undamaged. All foam layers must be brought to our factory for exchange and picked up by customers.
- The comfort guarantee is valid from the date of delivery.
- The comfort guarantee does not apply to: adjustable beds, demo models, clearance mattresses, and mattresses ordered by phone without prior trial, bed sheets and mattress protectors.
We realize that finding the right mattress is not always easy. That’s why we came up with our “We’ll make it right” 100 day comfort warranty. Sleep on your mattress for 3 weeks (3 weeks is the minimum time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress.) If after 3 weeks you’re not completely satisfied we will:
- Change your mattress for something softer or firmer.
- Modify your existing mattress. For example: if the mattress feels good but you wished it was a bit softer or harder, we’ll organize to pick up your mattress in the morning, bring it to our factory to modify it, and return it to you the same day or day after.
Our mattresses are built to last 10 to 15 years, so we want nothing more than for you to be comfortable on it for the long run. This guarantee is the foundation of our business and fuels our reputation. In the over 40 years we’ve been in business, not one person who has used our “100 day confort guaranty” has been let down. Everyone here at Princesse Mattresses appreciates the faith and trust you place in us and will do everything we can to satisfy you.
- All exchange merchandise must be in its original state, this implies that the product is not stained, soiled or damaged.
- You must use a proper mattress cover in order to protect the mattress.
- Products may be opened, but must be returned in its original packaging.
- We do not accept exchanges on goods purchased on special size order.
- A copy of the original bill of purchase must be included with the return/exchange.
- We accept exchanges within 100 days of purchase.
- For exchanges the credit or refund will be issued according to the original payment method.
- A refund will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Matelas Princesse.
