Return Policy
We realize that finding the right mattress is not always easy. That’s why we came up with our “We’ll make it right” 100 day comfort warranty. Sleep on your mattress for 3 weeks (3 weeks is the minimum time required for your body to adjust to a new mattress.) If after 3 weeks you’re not completely satisfied we will:

Change your mattress for something softer or firmer.

Modify your existing mattress. For example: if the mattress feels good but you wished it was a bit softer or harder, we’ll organize to pick up your mattress in the morning, bring it to our factory to modify it, and return it to you the same day or day after.

Arrange to pick up your mattress and give you a full refund.
Our mattresses are built to last 10 to 15 years, so we want nothing more than for you to be comfortable on it for the long run. This guarantee is the foundation of our business and fuels our reputation. In the over 30 years we’ve been in business, not one person who has used our “We’ll Make It Right” Warranty has been let down. Everyone here at Princesse Mattresses appreciates the faith and trust you place in us and will do everything we can to satisfy you.
All returned merchandise must be in its original state, this implies that the product is not stained, soiled or damaged.
You must use a proper mattress cover in order to protect the mattress.
Products may be opened, but must be returned in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on goods purchased on special size order.
A copy of the original bill of purchase must be included with the return/exchange.
We accept returns within 100 days of purchase.
For returns the credit or refund will be issued according to the original payment method.
A refund will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Matelas Princesse.
